"Old school Scarborough eatery. The menu is full of diner classics. The prices are good. The portions are large. The clientele are mostly families and older couples. I had the beef dip. It was good. The bun is garlic bread / bun with some fried onions and mushrooms. The "Au jus" is nice, it's slightly thickened which is nice. It sticks to the sandwich well."

"I've been here 2 times now. Both times the food was amazing, fast to arrive, hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. I've had the fish and chips and the turkey hot sandwich. The only thing is sometimes the service is a little rude. Overall it's worth going because the food is amazing and I like to support local. Menu is good and lots of selection."

"Tonight, I went out with my Salvation Army Agincourt Community Church congregation for a great dinner at Watts Restaurant! We all had a great time. I tried their Beef Dip which was really tasty!!! I also tried out their strawberry cheesecake which was very yummy! Thanks to the amazing staff at Watts Restaurant for your fast service and hospitality!!!!!"

"This is a clean, spacious, and welcoming restaurant. The atmosphere is calm. The food is alright. I ordered nachos and my friend ordered something else with eggs. Her food was good. Mine had a lot of room for improvement. The presentation of the food was good, as it’s apparent in the attached picture. However, the amount of chess on the chips was almost invisible. So, I won’t order nachos there anymore. The servers were polite, friendly, and attentive. The customers were mainly elders and the servers also looked in an upper age category. There is usually enough parking spots in front of the restaurant. The price of the food was like any other place (but high for the nachos with the said recipe). I might give it another try to see how other items on their menu would do."

"We had a Celebration of Life for my sister on Sept. 20, 2025. Everything was set up exactly as requested. The food was great.Sri had everything organized for us. The 2 ladies behind the bar were very friendly and attentive. We could not have asked for any better service or food. Thank you all so much!!"

"We’ve been to Watts a few times & it’s not too bad a place to sit down & have lunch or dinner. The menu has the standard fare & to be honest nothing really stands out. I’ve had a few burgers & my GF has tried the Fish n Chips. Portion sizes are ok. The service is friendly & prices are on par with similar restaurants in the same vein. The dining room is clean but is most definitely showing it’s age. You see lots of mop stains in table legs etc definitely time for a refresh. Our food came quick & tasted ok. Wine in a goblet. Have not used the WC so I can’t comment on their condition. Located in a shopping mall so parking is not an issue."
